ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Incentive Compensation Policy
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ strictly prohibits commissions, bonuses or any other incentive payments, direct or indirect, based on securing enrollments or federal financial aid, including Tuition Assistance. This policy covers all individuals and entities involved in recruitment, admissions, or financial aid decisions, ensuring full compliance with DoD MOU requirements.
Military-connected students using Tuition Assistance (TA) should review the Military Tuition Assistance Request Deadlines page before enrolling. TA request windows vary by branch and must be submitted within the proper timeframe, or it may not be invoiced in accordance with DoD policies and requirements.
For VA students, ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ requires documentation after acceptance and helps certify enrollment each term. For TA students, the approved TA form is needed for processing. Click here to read our Military and Veteran Services FAQ page.
You can also visit the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Military and Veteran Center for additional support, including help with benefits and certification:
- If you plan to use Tuition Assistance (TA), confirm your eligibility with your Education Center and follow your branch’s TA process before enrolling. ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s Military Tuition Assistance Form must be submitted to the Business Office after it has been approved and signed.
- If you plan to use VA education benefits, apply for your benefit through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and then submit your documentation to ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s Military and Veteran Center. ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s Military and Veteran Center assists students using VA educational assistance programs.
Every military branch has its own guidelines; therefore, active-duty students should always consult their service education office before engaging in any voluntary education endeavor.
